Information We Collect 2.1 Information You Provide

Cargo Data: Cargo names, types, hazard classifications, weights, and volumes you create within the app. Vessel Data: Vessel names, IMO numbers, dimensions, tonnage, classification details, and broker notes. Calculation Data: Voyage estimations, freight calculations, stowage calculations, and route planning inputs you enter. Document Data: Charter party forms, exported PDFs, and related shipping documents you create. Preferences: Language selection, unit preferences, and app settings.

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers for crash reporting. Usage Data: App interaction data such as feature usage frequency and session duration. This data is collected anonymously and used solely to improve the app experience.

2.3 Feasibility Analysis Feature

If you use the Feasibility Analysis (Uyumluluk Raporu) feature, your cargo and vessel data may be processed locally to generate compatibility reports. No data is sent to external servers for this analysis.

How We Use Your Information We use the information we collect to:

Provide and maintain the App’s core functionality. Perform voyage cost estimations, freight calculations, and stowage analyses. Generate feasibility and compatibility reports. Create and export PDF documents and charter party forms. Provide IMDG dangerous goods reference information. Improve app performance and user experience.

Data Storage

Local Storage: All cargo, vessel, calculation, and document data is stored locally on your device using SQLite. We do not store your data on external servers. No Cloud Sync: Your data remains exclusively on your device. There is no cloud synchronization or remote backup. PDF Exports: Documents you export are stored locally on your device and shared only when you explicitly choose to do so.

Third-Party Services We use the following third-party services:

Data Sharing We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. All maritime data you enter (cargo details, vessel information, calculations) remains on your device and is never transmitted to our servers or any third party.
Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is stored locally on your device for as long as you use the App. You can delete individual records (vessels, cargo, documents) within the App at any time. You can delete all your data through Settings → Reset All Data. This action is irreversible and removes all locally stored data. Uninstalling the App will also remove all locally stored data.

Children’s Privacy The App is a professional maritime tool not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Your Rights You have the right to:

Access all your data within the App. Delete individual records or all data at any time. Export your data as PDF documents. Modify your preferences at any time.

Security We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your information. All data is stored locally with device-level encryption. No data is transmitted over the internet except when you explicitly share exported documents.
Changes to This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes through the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
